Problems uploading

I was suprised yesterday when I went to upload new site changes and was given an error message that CoffeeCup could not find my FTP server. I recently upgraded my equipment from Windows XP Pro (32-bit), to Windows 7 64-bit and was told by Support Services that this is the problem. I, upon his suggestion, updated the Compatibility of the CC program to run XP compatible, even though he didn't sound convinced that it would help... and it didn't... I can no longer create or service my website creations through CoffeeCup apparently because of this system change which is frustrating. So, I was equally suprised to read Scott's post. Could there be something else effecting this obstacle. I am hopeful that someone can give me some ideas to a resolution (or temporary work-around until this is 64-bit compatible), because I have a lot of time/money invested into three separate sites through CoffeeCup products. :( Anyone??

This problem seems to be one that is going to be most difficult to figure out and fix for CC. I have upgraded recently, to a laptop with 64-bit Win7, and have NOT had any problems with the CC software that I have tried. While I've not tried everything in their suite, I have used Direct FTP many times since installing it, and am not seeing anything wrong.
It seems that maybe there is more of an issue of hardware problem rather than just 64-bit Win7? I say this because of all of the VARIED comments on this forum, with one saying they can't do this, yet others can, with different programs. If this is true I don't know what, if anything, CC could do to improve usability.
