Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I can develop a website and run it on a pc as a software app. For example... one of my clients would like a customized program that keeps track of her client, can book appointment and appointment history. Any suggestions....

You might try xampp. It allows you to run a mini-server off your desktop. They have good docs, etc.

I have several press releases with pictures in Word format. All are on 8.5" X 11" on both sides of the paper.
I want to convert the format so I can Email them but not as an attachment.
What software do I need to do this?
