Yeah I saw that too and was wanting to see how it compares to Website Insight, but alas it's only for PC's not Mac :(

I may get it anyways as I am pretty sure I am going to have to run windows on the new machine at least for a little while to get all my stuff situated.

Guess I'll have to do his facebook to get his attention. He has good software, but his customer service is very very bad. I've been waiting for an answer from 3 different messages (one emailed and 2 on his own ticket system) for about 2 weeks with no response. Not good at all, and I highly doubt I'll spend another dime there unless he answers me with some decent responses. :P

Ah! Well, can't speak for what's going on. I did get a message from him earlier. His website is http://laughingbird.com and he does have a forum I'm on at http://laughingbirdsoftware.com/forum

I know he's changed servers a time or two and the forum is just now starting back up after quite some time.

Anything I can help you with?

Jo Ann I completely agree with you as I've said somewhere else on here. He's a good chap this Marc, I really like him but his customer service sucks big time! I've had the same issues with him and I've let him know :cool: I think the Logo Creator is really a good program. I think maybe what the problem is, although I don't know this for sure is that he has too much on his plate, I know it's not a good enough excuse but that's how it comes across, he needs to employ someone to do that side for him.
Smoke said to go on FB and contact him that way which worked like a charm because everyone can see it ;)

Facebook is public, for sure. Marc is, I'm pretty sure, a one man company. He has several Admins and Mods that help out on the forum now that it's back on line, and on facebook. But looking for an actual email response can take a while. Granted, it should not take this long unless something went amiss . . .:P
