Jo Ann I completely agree with you as I've said somewhere else on here. He's a good chap this Marc, I really like him but his customer service sucks big time! I've had the same issues with him and I've let him know
I think the Logo Creator is really a good program. I think maybe what the problem is, although I don't know this for sure is that he has too much on his plate, I know it's not a good enough excuse but that's how it comes across, he needs to employ someone to do that side for him.
