Does anyone know how I would accomplish this? Does Coffeecup have a program that will create a form on a web page that you just browse your directory and upload the file directly from the web page to a certain folder on the FTP site?

CC has the Web form builder with an FTP client built in, look for link at the bootim of this page. But if you want to link your form to an existing website, you would have to do that in the programme you used to build your site.
