I tried to get a copy for a 501(c)(3) but Adobe doesn't allow for discounts to religious organizations so I'm stuck using my MX version. I'm waiting for it to stop working as MS comes out with more and more service packs.

Check with TechSoup. They have things for non-profits. You just need the 501(c)(3) information to sign up.

Hi Bill,
TechSoup is where I was denied. They are just the repository that handles all of Adobe's software "philanthropy" but they still have to follow Adobe's contribution rules.

I was not aware that Adobe put strings on things they gave to TechSoup.

I've been using Macromedia HomeSite 5.5, but I thought Dreamweaver would have more features, so I bought Dreamweaver CS4.
So far today I've found that in Code View:

- There's no overstrike mode
- When doing a Replace across an entire folder, it doesn't allow you to exclude sub-folders.
- There is no code completion.

I'm pretty sure such individuals won't be looking for a WYSIWYG editor.

After HomeSite was abandoned, Macromedia/Adobe claimed that all of the features of HomeSite were incorporated into Dreamweaver. But it wasn’t until after I bought Dreamweaver that I found out that this wasn’t the case.
