I have downloaded two templates and I can not get them to load anywhere on my computer...quick to take cash slow on the responses on how to get what I paid for as usaual...need some help?

The quickest (and best) way to get an official CC response is to open a support ticket.

These forums are primarily visited by users, who often can help out with issues, given enough information. And although you will see Scott and a few other CC Staffers here (quite unusual for any software production company) this is not an official means of support. Who needs sleep?

Kelly to open a Support Ticket, either click on Get Support or Contact Us, but meanwhile there is an excellent page of help here:

If you scroll down and select the program you will find lots of tutorials on how to get things working in that program and how to install templates and themes for that program.

I second the others suggestion to open a ticket, but I also want to comment that this is your very first post on these forums Kelly, so I'm confused as to how anyone would be able to give you support if you haven't asked for it until now, yet you suggest that you haven't been given any as of yet. So I'm hoping that means you've already opened a ticket before you posted saying you aren't getting help, but I'm really thinking that's probably not the case :P

It depends on which program you are referring to. The templates go in different folders depending on the program you are wanting them for. Which program are they for? The philosopher has not done philosophy until he has acted upon the mere conviction of his idea; for proof of the theory is in the act, not the idea.

How are we slow on responses? You never even filled out a support ticket. Also, in the ZIP file for each theme, there is installation instructions. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

I can't see where response is slow. It's not even been 12 hours and you have several users in the forums trying to help. If there was a support ticket the CC help desk would be right there to assist.

Question 1.Which templates are you trying to download.
Question 2. Whch CC software are the templates for.

If you provide those 2 bits of info we can start to help you.
