CoffeeCup is marvelous, especially for those who speak html as a second language.

But maybe there is something we are not thinking about here, in the lack of replies. It's been a week now, and I still haven't gotten to the download page. I asked for help, because my problem is that my name and password never works. They sent me the password again. Several times.

Then all by myself.....I found that I wasn't entering the password into the CoffeeCupCare site, but into the download login. So, now, here I am! In the CoffeeCupCare pages, but guess what. My login still doesn't work for the download.

I'm going back to my mail now, and check the junk folder to be sure there are no messages from CoffeeCupCare there, although I've had no problem receiving messages before from them.

And about the "you may not be in the same time zone as CoffeeCup" comment......Look, we're all in the same time zone when it comes to 24/7 work hours. We cross time/zone barriers with 24/7 help centers.

So if someone from the CoffeeCupCare team passes by here, could you please tell me, at least a good guess, why I can't sign in to the download page. I am a customer of LunarPages who offers CoffeeCup Programs through their webhosting.

Thank you very much. It's nice to be here.

Okay. Mea culpa. It was my fault. But often I "lose" things which I know are right in front of my face, and I ask someone to just stand in the room and see if they can spot the missing item. And they usually do, and it is usually right in front of me where I suspected it would be all along.

Same here. It seems I have logged into CoffeeCup before, quite some years ago, and under a different name. When I cleared that up in the change your profile section, I got into the download site. And it looks like I am still sending messages under that name, even though I've updated my profile.

So I'll go work on that for a while.

So I guess CoffeeCupCare couldn't have guessed that, but somehow, I believe, if we had been able to speak, we would have run across the problem a lot sooner. Guess this is a good exercise for being a little bit more responsible (remembering and etc.)!

Wish me luck.

Oh, I remember my great Mac days.

Okay, I got my profile thing all straigtened out. (previously vwillendorf)

It seems though, if I download the whole package of software, and there is a button for that, it downloads as a .zip file. When I click on things one by one, they download as an .exe file. Those Mac people, don't they just have all the luck.....and those great machines!

Later gators

Does anyone know of $700 in free software for joining Lunar Pages? I can't seem to find the link for this. I have downloaded the free TRIAL, but am supposed to get full versions. CC has no record of my account but yet I can login. I can't figure this out. Can anyone help me?

RE: Re: disappearance of records of purchase 12/07/2008
Customer care does not respond to the loss of a record of our purchase of the SuperPak of 28 programs.
The coffeecup.com has erased all records of the purchase and the list of downloads. We had not finished downloading. In addition, no upgrade is possible without a record of the purchase & the list of downloads. We have sent numerous emails to customer care about the problem but receive no response at all. Is there another email other than customercare? Our bank has a record of the purchase.

Coffee Cup has been Great about Replying to request for tech support. My only issue is I don't think they have given me any answers that actually fix the bugs in software I purchased thinking I could use it.

Everyone has an opinion & this is just mine sorry if it offends anyone.

Have you looked at http://www.coffeecup.com/help/myroom/ to see if they have records there for you? The reason I ask is that sometimes CoffeeCup responses get caught by a provider's spam filter, but a duplicate will be posted in your records on this site.

I just looked at your account and you have never actually e-mailed us. If you sent the letter by snail mail, maybe it never arrived. For us to help you restore access to your account, you need to at least provide us with some basic information. Call our office at 678-495-3480 and Suzanne can help you out.
