Google sitemap - adding page

When I use Google site map it spiders the site, but misses some pages, can I add them manually?

Also, several of my pages have <!--#include virtual="content/aboutus.html" -->

Will they be seen by Google spiders?

also, my news.xml file created by CC RSS news flash be seen?
