All your settings look fine in those screen shots. What errors do you specifically get when you upload? As a work around until we figure this out, go to the File Menu and select "Export Shop for Upload " Then make sure to upload all those files and folders to your server.

I am trying to get this intergrated into my existing website www.havelock.net.nz
I exported it to a folder in that website called shop from which I FTP using Cute FTP and it works fine. Inside shop is Boatstuff-server and I will attach a screen shot. Now when I try to upload direct from SCC it tells me the uopload fails.

Looking at the screen shot, I am not sure if you uploaded everything correctly. All the php files need to be in the same folder as ccdata, css, images etc. It looks like you put them in a folder called shop/Boatstuff-server.

Have you tried enabling or disabling "Passive mode"?

Tried that, thought it might be a security issue within Vista. It appears I am missing something but my thinking is if it previews ok in the program then it should work online. Could it be something within that template I am using. Will keep trying. Could it be that the folder I put it in is not right. May be Boatstuff-server should go straight into havelock.net.nz I might try that and upload it straight into the webpage.

The preview may indeed work but because you have not uploaded the files correctly, then the copy on your shop will not be the same. All files and folders need to be uploaded to the correct locations. Also, since you are uploading files manually, you need to be very careful about the transfer mode. If you upload the wrong files as ASCII or Binary, that can really mess things up. I am actually more concerned why you can't upload with the software. I would suggest opening a support ticket and provide us with FTP access so we can run some tests.

Scott i have been watching this thread as Bob seems to be having all the same problems i had first time i tried using FTP

As you might remember i never used it before using coffeecup software

Would it be practical for coffeecup to set up a trial server for new users to upload to with the settings YOU prvide them INDIVIDUALLY

And then you would have total access to see what we (they) are doing wrong ?

For instance i still cant get a feedback form to work on a mysql database and i know i am doing something wrong !

No, we really can't do that for many security reasons. We just need to address each persons issue on a case by case basis. From our experience, 99% of the time these issues are either incorrect information has been entered or a 3rd party program is causing the conflict.

Hi Scott, I contacted CC and they said it may be the firewall. I shut the firewall down but made no difference this was after I rebuilt the shop because I thought I did something wrong with the template and I think I did because I got it working far better in preview but still won't upload.
