We unticked the box at the bottom of payment (below all the card which you can accept) as our shop had to be put on hold due to a death in the family.
After a number of day, we reticked the box and uploaded shop only to find that not only were all the products no longer in our shop but they were not uploaded to the site.
Any ideas how to fix this. Autosave does not appear to be working either.
