Hi,
I have had a few emails from customers saying they get an error when trying to check out. "Error while storing data: Index file exists, but its contents is not accessible"
Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

It sounds like a permissions issue. Have you or your host made any changes to your .htaccess file or directory permissions for read and write?
