I'm back in grad school after 23 years at home...need to make a web page for a class - as though I am working in a school library. I understand the basics of HTML, but have only a small bit of working knowledge. Assignment is due in a week. Site Designer looks like a good option, but I wonder if it is too limiting? The Youtube video on the merits of each make me think HTML Editor would give me more flexibility...yet I probably won't use this again after this assignment. I'm a beginner, but want to make a good decision. Thanks.

Why don't you download the trial versions of both progs and then you will be able to see which one(s) suit you best.
