hmm sounds like CoffeeCup HTML Editor is starting to improve .. however it has a long way to go to catch up to Serif's WebPlus X2 .... been using this for a few years now leaving CoffeeCup dormant on my pc for years ... CoffeeCup HTML Editor and Shopping Cart Creator and Visual Web Editor should be an all in one program with a hell of alot more improvements as well before it will catch up to WebPlus X2 www.serif.com .. just a heads up for all you designers at CoffeCup .. also we would like to see a Linux version of all software too .. Linux is starting to take off now ... Windows SUX ! :(

Isn't webplus twice the price?

WebPlus is only $30 more and well worth the extra money ... and is a crap load less than Dreamweaver and others and is very easy to learn compared to others and allows you to create great web sites with ease .. CoffeCup has its potential and slowly catching up which is good to see... keep up the good work !

One thing to keep in mind is that WebPlus charges for each version release but CoffeeCup Software has offered free upgrades to all registered users for over 13 years. We also offer complimentary phone and e-mail support and our executive team is quite active here in these forums which you don't find that over at Serif.

So overall, I say we are the best rootin tootin software company this side of the Mississippi! :)

Serif has forums and have worked well so far ...

I have enjoyed the free upgrades from CoffeeCup .. not complaining there .. however Serif do offer discounts for returning customers and i have had issues with shipping in the passed but they have rectified the problem immediately soon after..

Serif have been great over the phone (i am in Australia ) for support and/or registration and any other help needed when it come to ringing over seas companies .. as far as attempting to ring and getting through i have found Serif by far the best company to deal with and the best to actually get through to a person and not be shafted around in circles from one answering machine to another ... i have rang CoffeeCup on a number of times and have been disconnected many times whilst listing to a silly machine and the one time i did get finally through the female i managed to get a hold of didnt know who to put me through to and i ended up getting put to someone whom said he couldnt help and hanged up on me .. this seriously needs attention ASAP ...

One thing i would like to see in the future is all your internet designing software actually becoming just ONE software instead of having many different bits of software to design the same one thing " a web page ".. Like WebPlus its all in one tidy package. By the way WebPlus X3 is just around the corner.

i will keep my eye on all the up and coming updates for all the software i have paid for at CoffeeCup and look forward to seeing Shopping Cart Version 7. I am using this software at present on one of my web sites and it is shaping up to be a good product hopefully the ideas i suggested in my TICKETS will be implemented into it.

That would not be good. Some of us want our html editors to be just that.

Not to mention the cost as well. Incorporating those 3 types of programs would bring the price point near $200.00 That leaves out a lot of users.

Amen to that!
It would (however) be nice to have a "control panel" that allows user to pull up all installed CC Software from a single source interface.
