I'm not finding anything that says "includes" but then again I don't even know enough to know what I don't know.

ergo, find someone to build your website. I'd make you an offer except that I'm on some pretty serious medication at the moment (long story) and I'm not taking any new business, but someone should be able to get this done at a reasonable price. Site doesn't look real complicated.

Don't know if he's interested, but you might check this guy out ... http://misterwebguy.com/ResponsiveWebguy2/

Rex,

You seem to be dealing with a rather strange site structure. The text you quoted as being the one you want to edit appears identically in three different pages, which are also different files. Take a look at these pages:

http://www.rwchapman.com/
http://www.rwchapman.com/index.asp
http://www.rwchapman.com/products/index.asp

Those three pages (files) have identical text, but differ with respect to the header image, which suggests that they are different files. For all I know there may be more than these three that have that same, identical text.
If you modify the text in one of those files, you obviously would need to update the other ones as well.

It makes no sense to me that the home page is identical to the 'Products' page, with the only exception being the header image.

The site does not seem to be very large and should be fairly easy and quick to re-do from scratch. Now might be the time to do just that - and eliminate the duplications in the process!

Just noticed Inger's post(s). Good advice! The presence of 'Includes' would certainly explain some of the strange duplication with only the header image being different.

The header images (photos) are supposed to generate randomly with page refreshes. There are four of them, one that is represtative of each division of the company. Of course the people that made this site for us are long gone now...

Locate the index.asp files in the root directory and in the 'products' sub-directory and see what they contain. If they explicitly contain the text you are looking for, then no 'include' is being used and you can just go ahead and edit them.
Still, the home page (i.e. landing page) should not be identical to the Products page!.

Thanks. We really do need to get something more modern and flashy but the problem is that our company managers are electrical engineers and they like very understated stuff. It took us years to agree on a company brochure that we hand out to prospective new principles.

I tried both and neither contain the text that I'm looking for. :/

Well, I said I was no asp expert... ;)

And I agree with those who are telling you to take the opportunity to make the site from scratch now. You could then have a much leaner and easier-to-understand structure. But if you by 'flashy' mean flash applications, I'd say: stay away from them, as they won't work on mobile devices.
If the company bosses like 'understated' stuff, and if they like the look of the present website, then even a copy of that, with up-to-date coding in straight-forward html and css would be better, not in the least for you to keep updated. But don't forget to look at your competitors' sites for ideas. ;)

There are people here who would build the site for you (me included), but I think you would enjoy learning to do it yourself. The people here in the forum would always be there to help, should you need it.

Yes, that is a nice site. I see it is made with WordPress, which is a content management system. That means the site is database driven. It has to be set up at the server, and then you edit it online by logging into an admin page.
