I downloaded all my code that was created on my hosting server using Network Solutions Image Café and I was surprised to see that it works almost perfect on my local PC using CC Html editor. But I have one strange thing. When I view my page using visual editor the side navigation bar is on top of my page instead of on the side. But in preview it is fine and also in a test browser. I tried to attach the screen prints and code in a zip file, but it was over 100k

Sounds like the page uses some CSS that the visual editor doesn't handle correctly. Make sure you have a backup of your files before using the visual editor. It changes code and can introduce problems you may not know how to correct.

I think Cary is right; CSS is not being handled correctly in visual editor. I came across this before. I think my coffee cup was empty and it was late at night; I forgot what page I was working on.
When I use CSS, I don't use visual editor even for a quick text edit like I do with other pages. I don't believe it's a bug or anything like that, I've noticed some CSS coding is handled differently from one editor to the next.
Always keep a updated backup of pages you are working so you can refer back to the original or working copy.
