I am using html editor 2008 build 305.
When I use Visual Editor, I get about half way through editing the page when it freezes up. The cursor moves around, but it is blinking on and of like it's running on static electricity.
I cannot click on anything.
Can't save what I got done to that point.
I restarted my computer but it happened again.
Except now, the cursor started flickering as soon as I opened visual editor. Then froze up.

What the heck is happening.

There could be several explanations of what is going on here but we really need to know much more information. What operating system are you running, anti-virus software, anything else going on while you are editing; that sort of thing. There must be something local on your machine that is causing this issue or these forums would be filled with people having the same issue. I'm sure we can nail it down with a bit more information.
