I read Tom's suggestion about placing a menu in a table.

Here is my code . . .

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

</style>
</head>
<body bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000" link="#0000ff" vlink="#800080" alink="#ffffff" background="xSiteBackGround.jpg"><a href="RSMRealtyIncMenu.js"></a><img style="Z-INDEX: 100; LEFT: 154px; POSITION: absolute; TOP: 12px" height="138" alt="" src="RSMLogoHeader.gif" width="900" align="absMiddle" border="0"><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>

<div style="position: absolute; top 120px; left 120px;">
<SCRIPT type="text/javascript" SRC="RSMRealtyIncMenu.js"></SCRIPT>
</div>
</body>
</html>

The <DIV> statement failed to show anything!

Can someone please show me the way?

Thanks . . . Rick

Rick,

I am not sure what you are trying to do, but if you have a link to the page, someone may be able to help.

There is no way to tell if the problem is due to something in your code or with the menu.

Why do you have an anchor to your menu code?

Have you tried putting this on the web and testing it?

Lots of questions, but a link will likely show the problem.

Billr . . . Thank you for your reply. I was able to find the answer which was easy to comprehend and implement in minutes, albiet, the answer is barried very, very deep in CoffeeCup's support system.

CoffeeCup is so narrowly focused after all of these great years that they have lost touch with newbies in the support arena. (Probably not exciting enough for them.)

The support pages/system needs to be completely renormalized so it's easy, very easy, to produce accurate results from a basic search.

The link below will take you to where I found my answer. No one suggested this to me in the forums!

http://care.coffeecup.com/support/index … ;nav=0,211

Now, if I could discover how to create all of the pages for my site using the one that I've completed with the background image, Logo Header image and menu. That also should be easy!

I suppose more days navigating the support system again.

Thank much Billr. (Billr?

Rick,

Here is what I do when I am looking for CoffeeCup FAQs.

At the bottom of this page is a list of programs, and a link to the free programs. In this case, click on the link to the free programs, and scroll down the page until you see the DHTML menu builder. Click on the title of the program and you are taken to a page that has information about the program and three link buttons on the right. The middle button takes you to a FAQ page and the article you listed is on that page, as well as many more FAQ articles.

Most if not all programs do have their own FAQ pages, and when I first started using the DHTML menu, I tried many different things until I found what suited me.

Hope you get the menu placed where you want it.

Hi Billr . . . thanks for your information.

I was able to align my menu perfectly and it STAYS IN PLACE. I love it when a good plan comes together.

Thanks again for your assistance.
