Hiya,
I just tried this 3 times in a row after having to restart the program each time to refresh the My Websites/Projects window to make it reshow my files.
I highlighted a file I didn't need anymore to delete it, right click, chose delete, the file deletes just fine but then all the files disappear from the window (not refreshing the window) and they never reappear, waited 10 min while browsing the forums here to make sure it wasn't a lag thing.
Here are the things I tried which don't work to refresh it:
F5
Tabbing off the Projects Window and retabbing on it (basically changed to the My Computer or Code Snippets tabs and then back again)
Changing to the Server tab and back
Closing the program completely and reopening it works, and closing the Website Project via the menu at the top works to make it reshow the locations.
Let me know if you need any other information on it

Does this occur on the Local Disk or Server Tab? When these files disappear, if you go from Local to Server or Server to Local, do they immediately reappear? If you are deleting files from a sub-folder, does clicking the little + or - to expand or contract refresh the screen?
I have made a small video of what I see here. Maybe this will shed some light on the situation. If I can get just a bit more information, I will try and replicate it in house.

This happens in the Local Disk tab of it, and swapping tabs to anywhere at all doesn't fix it. Swapping folders in the tree, also does nothing, tried all that before I posted here to make sure it wasn't just something simple I had to do.
I watched the movie you made and yours looks like it works fine, but mine goes blank the minute I delete anything at all, I tried a folder and a few files here and there, all with the same results, the tree area in the local window goes totally white and never returns with the file tree. I didn't try deleting on the server tab yet, guess I could try that after while too. Should I maybe try reinstalling?

Would it be possible for you to make a video of what is going on so I can see it all in action? I talked with our programmer and he really needs to see the exact steps you are taking and the path where your project is located. Once we have that, we can narrow down where to specifically look for the problem at.

ohhhhhhhhh I give up! LOL, now that I got it all figured out how to run this little movie program (which is pretty slick I might add, thanks for that link), the problem isn't happening now, the deletions are working just fine

I dunno what happened, it persisted through at least 3 reboots of the computer before, but today, everything is deleting just fine?? how can that happen?? Why do these programs insist on making me look like a fool! LOL j/k it's just too funny though

No worries. If it does happen again, just try and capture it on video. Hopefully the gremlin got tired and left for greener pastures

Ok I "think" I narrowed down what this problem may be... I'll test this further later this afternoon. I think I was deleting files that I had still open in the code editor. I have a tendency to forget to close things before I delete them lol. Most of the time Windows will give me a warning saying it's being used so I don't have to worry about it too much, but no warning here which is why I didn't narrow it down till now. Anyways it's still been happening so I started watching closer to see what's going on as it seemed so spuratic that I couldn't get a movie made, everytime I tried it didn't happen lol. I guess that seemed like my version of Murphy's Law? My friend tells me I break everything, maybe he's right

Anyways, I'll try to redo this this afternoon later and see if that's really what is happening, if it is, it should be pretty easy to test it out and confirm/deny it.
At least I found out that closing/reopening the project restores it all so that's easier than having to close/reopen the program itself

I have a video. But 'Your attachment must be less than 100k.'
Would you like a 2 frame video?
It's 132K that's even compressed and in a zip file.
