It's been awhile since I have updated one of my only remaining sites, and still haven't updated it to RSD. I tried to open VSD but it wouldn't open.. which has happened before, so usually just have to reinstall it. However, now when I try to do so, nothing happens after the attached pic appears. I have tried rebooting my comp after I deleted VSD before trying to reinstall. I was using Windows7 before, and updated to Windows10, so even tried using the compatibility for 7, and have tried running as administrator, but still doesn't work.

Finally was able to reinstall VSD.. after cleaning out the registry and rebooting.
