I have been working with VSD for some time now and I love it.
There is only one problem: Repeating images are loaded new for every page . It does not take long but it is visually unattractive. Page loads text firs than top images staggered to the end . Images that are solid color panels are loading from top to bottom staggered line by line I understand that that there are certain limitations when working in VSD, but this realy bugs me and my boss.
Here is what I need. Is there a way to stop browser from displaying a page until fully loaded. I don't care if page is empty or previous page is still on display. I just need to hide loading page, 0.5-1 second, until fully loaded. Please help, there is not much hair left.

I'm pretty sure there's some pre-caching/pre-loading tricks out there, but I'd have to do some Googling later. Hopefully someone who's already experienced with those ideas can contribute.
