Now that I am trying to use 5. 8. 5, anytime I try to upload any changes, even ones to make a new page or even a page SMALLER the program crashes over and over.

None of my previous versions of VSD EVER crashed.
Now that I am trying to use 5. 8. 5, anytime I try to upload any changes, even ones to make a new page or even a page SMALLER the program crashes over and over.

XP SP2 I.E.7--- No Problems--- did you try a fresh install or over the old version? maybe that makes a difference.
Another I tried was installing on a second drive instead of the default, and it backfired on me,could this be a problem?
just throwing stuff out there, try a unstall, restart reinstall see if that does it for you.
