VSD new version has ability to insert HTML code I.E.
Meta statements into the header... great feature...

I've been doing a lot of editing after the fact on html files.

Tried inserting HTML meta statements into a VSD file....
When reloading the website into VSD, it wipes out the statements I inserted.
Not really a surprise...

Next I used the new edit header function to insert the meta statements.

Result was the insertion was right at the end of the existing
CSS information in the header.

Now basic question....

Is the a precedence normally used by SEO's for the header area?

Same question different way, Does it make any difference where
inside the header area the META statements are ?
