I have tried to creat a Template that I can use for all my web pages on one site. Used one of the installed layouts with a header, 2 columns and a column on the left for site navigation. I did manage to get a logo image after some help on this forum and this is included in the Header.
Is a Template the best way to do this?
Basically I want the Content to vary depending on the page but consistent information on the Header and the Navigation area.
Suggestions appreciated.

Hi Jerry,
I designed my first page and then whenever I created a new page I chose the duplicate page option so that all those side bits would be in the right place. I then deleted the content that I wanted to change and replaced it with the new content.

I think that you need to pretty much follow these steps even if you use a template?
