Hi,

Again im useing a webpage to show you what im having problems with.

1st i would like to add those skype links

2nd I would like to make one of those "send us an email" fill in things.

Youll see what im talking about on this site.

Is the a way to do this an incorperating it into CoffeeCup VSD ?

or any other way..

There are two separate ways to link your pages in VisualSite Designer. You can create text links, or create a button that links to another page.

To create a text link:

Type some text using the Text Tool
Highlight the word you want to link with
Click the Link icon along the toolbar
Check the "Use Link" box
Choose the page from the drop-down selection



To create a button:

Create a shape using the Rectangle or Ellipse Tool
Click the Object icon along the toolbar
In the Button Text tab, enter the words you want displayed on this button
Click the Link icon along the toolbar
Choose the page from the drop-down selection.

I understand how to make a link/box link ,but i dont understand how to make something like the above using those.

You will need to use the HTML tool and hand-code that. If you can, however, use Flash instead, take a look at the Flash Form Builder ... it can build something like that and better in about 3 minutes and generates the necessary code that you just copy-and-paste into the HTML tool in VSD.

Hmm HTML ,there is no way im smart enough for that : )

If you want to add links from skype just copy the link, click on the add html button on the left side of the vsd pannel and paste your link in. If you want someone to click on a button and call you with skype, click on the add html and put in something like this:


Image name above is the button you want someone to click to call you...

You can also go to skype.com and make a "call me" button then copy it and click on the add html on vsd and paste it in.

As far as the form, you can probably do the html thing and its short code, but your best bet by far and the best investment you can make is to buy the coffeecup form builder. It now makes the other form builders look sick and has the catchpa option that will keep the spambots from sending you email.
