hey
i am wanting to have a page with little pictures and then when i click on one, it opens in a new page or pop up so you can see it larger or enlarged
can anybody point me in the right direction or give me good advise or a website?

Do a google for "lightbox". Lots of people use it.

Matty,
Just define a Link for the little picture object, send it to a separate page upon which you have placed your large picture.
