My website www.mariesarvas.com is shifted over to the left on the web. On my design site it looks fine.... how do I fix it?

What version of VSD are you using?

Click on the page icon and you should see a place to click for centered if you want the page centered. If you want it something other than centered, let us know what you want and maybe someone can tell you how to do it.

I believe you're using a really old version, possibly the one off the shelf (Cosmi package)? If that's the case, the centering option came in a later version. If you had purchased Visual Site Designer from CoffeeCup's website, you're entitled to free updates for the life of the product. If you purchased the software in a store, it was part of a another company's package and upgrading is available at a reduced price. I believe it's $19, but don't quote me on it. I would contact CoffeeCup for more info, if that's the case:
