Downloading New VSD

I downloaded the new VSD 5.9.1. When I go to install it, it says the old version will be removed. Will this cause me to lose my existing webpage files? If so, how do I get them to the new software?

No but always make sure that your Website is saved to a folder outside of C:,\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer
