Customer Satisfaction Engineer (i.e. Tech Support)

When you have nearly 60,000,000 customers around the world, occasionally some of them have questions. LAMP Stack Specialist

Don’t know what a LAMP stack is? Then move along, nothing to see here. However, if you're the kinda soul that breathes PHP, MVC, OOP/OOD, jQuery and programming in general, you might be the yin to our yang. Please proceed.

Important: You must live in metro Atlanta. We’re flexible about a lot of things, but to do things right we need you in our offices. So, sorry, no tele-commuters. Full disclosure: Our offices are in Roswell, so if you’re ITP there will be a commute.

You need:

  • A passion for finding and solving problems
  • Super solid Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, XHTML, CSS, OOP/OOD skills required
  • Experience with unit testing and bash scripting a plus
  • Fundamental understanding of Web services and APIs
  • Desire to work with people that “get it”
  • Supreme oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn the ins-and-outs of software

You will be:

  • Developing complex PHP applications built on our home grown MVC framework
  • Helping to improve our software and the tools that power it

We’re on the lookout for a cross-platform desktop application developer with a mastery of C++/Objective C, skilled in .NET and/or Cocoa, a strong understanding of web markup, scripting, and related technologies. You know: HTML, XML, Javascript, JSON, CSS, etc.
