As long as you show up as a 'guest' you don't have access to all the forums, only just a few. It has been done so because of limiting spammers to just some very few forums, not having to hunt for them everywhere. A 'guest' is someone who has not bought any Coffeecup products. When you make a purchase, your status will change to 'Registered user', and then you can post anywhere.

To be able to use that theme you had downloaded, or any Coffeecup theme, you need a coding programme, in your case the HTML Editor would be the best one.

Maria, I'm just thinking...
If you don't know how to code in html and css, it may not be very easy for you to crreate your site with the HTML Editor, not even with or especially without a theme.
There is another way, it is nearly like drag and drop. You need to study where to drag and drop elements, though, but this website has text- and video tutorials to get you started. For that you would need the programme Site Designer.
Take a look at it. You can download a time limited trial. It may look overwhelming at first, but it has bunches of users who will help you through the process. The app also comes with prebuilt 'components' so that something complex can be made in just two or three steps.

Just a suggestion... ;)
