I want to have a site where our local store owners can list their company profiles, share their company updates & news, share coupon codes, offers & sales, and most importantly the customers can chat with the site owners. So I'm wondering if I can use the Sites Pack or any other tool to make such a site?

I'd like to have a site like the following examples:

• https://www.groupon.com/
• https://grabhosts.net/
