I could not find the free template yesterday from the holiday email free offer. Tried several times and very diligently searched, to no avail. Today, this morning I tried again. Found it at the last paragraph of the article right before bottom or end of it all. Two small text links of text about like the text here in the forum very un-obvious. If you are not desperately looking for it you will not find it. I have put in the request twice once for each link still waiting on the template to be emailed to me. One is link to fancy form example and the other is lkink to old dull form example both are request for the free form template.

Nothing. I try all the links and have no deleted the mail not interesting. I'm waiting for more major upgrades....

Yes, Have waited for most of the day and have not received the free form template either. It is probably because I did not purchase the most recent form app from CC have the older one and it only has one responsive template out of the bunch if I remember correctly. Have only made the one form on my one site.
