Hello i use windows 10 insider preview, on previus release (windows 10 technical preview) was all ok, but after last update of windows 10 (to insider preview),website insight got an error and stop work, if i uninstall and reinstall only first run it's ok, the error is access violation at address 007E7E27 in module websiteinsight.exe read of address 00000000

Yes, I can confirm that....it is Windows 10 build 100130.. Insight will not close have to use Task manager to close.....

Whoops my error, had installed a trial version, now that the licensed version stalled no error

FOR ME is access violation at address 007E7E27 in module websiteinsight.exe read of address 00000000

Same problem. Website insight does not work on windows 10. Program opens but the minute you close the splash screen you get

access violation at address 007E7E9B in module WebsiteInsight.exe.
Read of address 00000000

You cannot exit the program and have to use the task manager.

This happened on upgrade and also after reload of Website Insight.

Hi Tony,
Are you running antivirus? I'm on Win 10 and Website Insight works great.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I think Windows defender is kicking in too. Dont usually use windows Im a mac user.

switched off AVG and made sure window defender was switched off. Same outcome. Website Insight will not work. . Reloaded. Rums first time. The minute you close and try to go back in I get same access code error as earlier mentioned and need task manager to close the program.
