The scripts are in the page managment section.
Key board: ctrl + i
On the Page Manager tab that opens scroll down to the Head code section. You'll see the scripts in there.

You can create a component from your page to use it in other projects.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I would like to use a second form on my website. It would be helpful if it worked in the same way as the Contact Me. I assume that I have to modify the jQuery script in some way to allow my Commissions form to work how I would prefer it to do.

Two forms on the same page or in separate locations? I have a site with 6 forms on the same page using the iframe scripts provided by the Form Builder and they work fine.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Try the iframe script that the form builder provides. It will also make it easier to keep track of your forms.

The iframe scripts go in a HTML element. If your doing a popup the Form builder should assign a random id to the iframe so your link will open the correct form popup.

I have, kind of, got it to work but they open in different sizes within the box that pops up.

Looks like they are different sizes. Did you only alter the existing contact one and not adjust the width? It's hard to tell exactly without seeing the actual form page.;)
