Submit button does nothing - Page 1 -...

I created a form using the standard Sky theme. I have it set up to just give a confirmation message after the submit button is pressed. Inserted it into VSD and published all associated files.

When I go to the page that the form is embedded in and press the Submit button, nothing happens. But, after I do press the submit button (and nothing happens) and then go to another page on the site and then try to return to the suggestion page, the form page will not even load up.

Can't figure out why.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Galen

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Which ones?? I've uploaded everything that is in the folders created by form builder. Here's a screen shot comparing the files that are uploaded and the ones on the computer. I am using Filezilla. I didn't take a shot of the php file but it is also there.

Thanks.

You sure are up late!!

Using Filezilla, or any other FTP check your transfer type. If it's not 'binary' then change it to binary and try uploading. Had problems before using ASCII or Auto modes.

Changed to binary. removed files from server and re-uploaded everything. still no go.
I checked each folder, "crossdomain", "css", "images","js" ;and "libs_js". All content is exactly the same from compute to server.

Any other ideas. By the way I tried a different standard form and it is doing exactly the same thing.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Go to the site in my sig and email me from the contact page. I'll set you up ftp credentials and let you upload to my server and see if it works. That will eliminate any problem with missing files and/or server issues.

Can anyone give me an idea of why my submit button does not work?

I have made a form in web form builder and followed the upload instructions to the letter (Manual upload) ....... and the submit button does not work at all now.

The irritating thing is that my original form worked perfectly.

Thanks in advance

Without seeing the form it would just be a guessing game. E.g. did you fill in the settings correctly? The form needs to know where to send the form results.

Sorry for not being very specific, but I really don't know where to begin to look for an answer.

I will go back and check out the settings as best I can .... but at the moment I an completely baffled.

Regards,
David
