I am thinking(Wish I wouldn't) as I watched your Academy winning act those names are the values in variables I don't know but you may be able to receive them into a Post. Note to self must try. I just created a new form and used an old form and the data was properly re-ordered. Support tickets would be the best way to go along with their .fb file.

There ya have it guys, yes you can reorder them manually yourselves, but you definitely shouldn't have to so open tickets so CC can see what's up on that for you :)

Got the update but the problem still exists - that the order on the S-Drive is not the order on the form, nor is it the order in the reply email that is sent to the recipient who submits the form - that is in the correct order. But the order on the S-Drive and the CSV file are a complete jumble. Is there is a fix for this?

I am now loosing patience with this as it did seem to be a wonderful product but may not be what I am looking for if I can't get the info and CSV in the correct order...

need someone to help sort this as I have a deadline to meet and I may have to look elsewhere.

That is a known issue on S-Drive and our developers are aware of it and hope to have it sorted out soon.
