Email addresses should be separated by a comma. If the email is still not arriving, you should also experiment with using different email address under the Settings > Notification tab. Use Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, etc. Doing this will help you rule out if there are email issues with a particular domain.

I would also recommend you publish that same form to S-Drive and run a test there. This way we know that if the email arrives when hosted on our servers, that points to your server still having some issues.

I thought the form would send a notification email before the paypal is selected. Did not work on S-drive most likely because of no email servers? Form looks good. Does the PayPal thing just fine. Just no confirmation email or notification email when someone fills the form.

The bottom line is the PayPal works.

I have similar problem with Form builder : Although the data of the filled form are saved in storage csv file I don't get the form by mail on the email adress I mentionned in notifications " To ". PHP 55 is installed. The mailto: is missing or not working I asume.

The notification form is not working. When running tests I'm receiving the confirmation email as the person who inquired would receive, but the notification that should be notifying me of receiving the email is not working. Not on outlook, not on gmail.
