Use an online video compressor MP4

There are quite a few and there is no loss of quality especially Sound it can reduce file sizes by quite a bit.

You should also consider having the other 3 that are lower down in a modal reveal window or even on a different page with links to them, because the browsers are trying to load all of them at the same time, if they were in a modal. Window for instance they would load on click of the link one at a time which would greatly increase the viewers experience and not have to wait too long for a full page to .load

Aye, I used my Moavi compressor to vastly reduce the video file size, a nice balance between quality and sacrifice :D

I have uploaded the first site that I have made using Site Designer. At the moment, it consists, mainly, of information, but is also a way to showcase some of my creations. At some point, I intend to link it to a shop of some kind, but that is a way down the line as I really need to get my inventory up to date, photographed and catalogued. I have lost count of the number of times I have redone the menu!! Anyway, here it is: https://www.handmade-by-sheila.com/index.html

In my opinion, anyway. ;)

I hope that I have fixed most of the problems identified before and I have changed a link so that it is not at the moment linked to a form.

Hi,

i have used coffecup since when it started back in 1996 if i recall this correctly and in the last versions there are some issues that are cause by something.
And before you progress I think you first have to make the templates work without errors when you change them.

for example when you use the head or footer section on the pagedesigner tab many templates are starting to do unexpected things. Seems to be a bug in designer itself
seems to be that the designer is not following the content and linking it correctly at the right spots.

we have downloaded the latest version site-designer-full-win-en-5.0-3508 and this still has this issue. even after uninstalling and reinstalling the issue is there.

probably there is an error with the database used.

when ccna this be solved,

secondly also take not of the new up coming European law regarding tracking, this makes that fonts like Google fonts are not allowed in the way they are now designed, because they seem to track.

You have been using a Coffeecup product since 1996, but still, this is your first post in the forum? Anyway, Site Designer was not born in 1996, it followed nearly 20 years later.

When you are saying "some issues that are cause by something" nobody will be able to understand what you mean. Maybe you could be a tad more precise?
Ha en riktig god dag!

Great Job ! Nice to see a site with "design personality". Too many sites rely on the old boring templates and "minimum" design approach. I can identify with your site right away....

Hello Chris,

I'm new to Site Designer and very much like the website you created with it.

How did you implement the cookies pop-up message?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi Thomas

That website is so far out of date it's unreal, and especially the cookie banner (which also doesn't work properly anymore

Where are you based?
There are many free ones available on the internet as long as you don't mind having a watermark or a link to them. in the words for the cookie pop up

there are premium ones available at a cost, some reasonable others a little bit costly

Then you also need to work out if you are specifically targeting certain countries, or europe, or states in the USA.
