Hi guys and girls.
Here is my website created with CoffeeCup.

https://phildias.com

Site designer is my first product from CoffeeCup (had rsd for barely a week then upgraded). I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I agree the learning curve is steep (even got me into learning more about html, CSS and JavaScript) but also really rewarding. I have used CSS grid to make the layout and change different containers within the site.
Thank you to all who have helped with getting big and little bits ironed out with the mobile menu and forms etc. Much appreciated.

I'd love your critique with regards design and performance etc before I publish it properly for work. (The form just needs some html removing that I know of someone will not work yet). And iPhone/Mac users, does the video work as I'm a pc android guy.
Regards Phil

Hi Phil,

Your site looks great! And the video works fine on my iPhone 6.

A couple of things you could consider:
You have quite a number of images on your index page. That means lots of server requests, which may slow down the loading, especially on mobile devices. It may be an idea to show less images.
You ought to add an alternative image text into the 'alt tag'. You have them all as 'Placeholder image'. Ideally the alt tags should have some short, unique, descriptive text for each image.
On your About page the two paragraphs about yourself and your wife ought to be lined up. This is only cosmetic, but it would look better.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Small project (single page only). Didn't have time to redesign the entire website. This page is currently being used for a Google Ad campaign.

Love it Bainn. A few things for for mobile screens, the lorry/container yard/meeting pics are not centred unlike all other images. The NZ coverage box doesnt fit in the grey container. I like the overlapping at the bottom though. The words don't a fit in that box either. Lastly the orange footer seems too large for its contents. Looks really professional though. Regards Phil

How did you make the round link buttons?

If you increase the corner radius enough on a square div it will become a circle! You can make other cool shapes this way too.

Thank you for all the advice and pointers.
Here is the finished website minus a few bits like adding Google analytics etc. Let me know what you think?
