Hi Marc, I have a wee file that has been accommodated for two lines of menu items. It is the same one as you asked about initially, I just edited it.

I actually spent hours on trying to make that file work when changing to large instead of medium, but I didn't get it to work properly. There might be some way of doing it, but I haven't been able to find it. But maybe Wayan, when he wakes up, knows a solution, he is good with menus.

Wayan is awake
I'm a little bit confused as to what Marc is after

I have six menu items and I need them in one horizontal line, but want them to open up from the 'hamburg' menu at the large screen size. Attached is what it looks like when it opens up at the medium screen size.

I know of other websites that the full horizontal menu opens up at the larger screen size, and i would assume I can do it here?

Good morning Wayan!

I wrote earlier that the attribute 'data-responsive-toggle' is reacting at the first breakpoint, but Marc wants it to hold off until the second, so that the 'mobile menu' stays until then. I have not been able to get around that, and now it's waaaayyy past my bed time. So, good night!

Inger wrote:
Not sure, really. You can always change the class medium-horizontal to large-horizontal, but the attribute used, 'data-responsive-toggle', seems to kick in at the first breakpoint, so that you lose the top with the 'hamburger' icon, and the menu will still appear vertical until you reach the 2nd breakpoint.

I think we have to ask the good forum people here for help.

And Marc, could you post a link to such a website, so that we can take a look at the code?

I would need a little bit of twiddling of course but is that the type of thing you are wanting. The reason I asked about why, was that the 6 menu items are still not going to be in a single row at those medium lengths, but you can get then=m to flex so that they are in a row when there is enough space, & when there isn't they will stack, for those that need to stack

I couldn't sleep, so I went for it again, and I think I've got something here. It is completely unstyled, not as nice looking as Wayan's menu, but it seems to be working. I had to throw that nested menu completely over board and go 'back to basics', meaning a simple dropdown toggle.
