One of the websites I rebuilt for a customer has a Notice box on the home page. When I change the notices I just open the page in a text editor and make the changes then upload that page. That's always worked in the past.

I needed to put up a notice because their business had a minor fire and they will be closed until the repairs are finished. I made the update, uploaded the page, cleared my cache and Ctrl + f5. The code shows fine in 'view source code' but it doesn't show in the browser.

So, I opened the project file in the latest version of Site Designer and tried the Z Index thingy and that didn't work.

When I use Ctrl + f5 I noticed the box does show when it's refreshing for a split second and then just disappears.

If anyone wants to see the project file you will have to message me as this is a live business website and I don't want to share in the forum. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Yes I did put the @ in your address. I checked my sent folder and it shows it was sent. I'll resend it just in case.
