The import from feed functionality was designed as a way for you to move your content to your Stream one time to get started, not as a repeated process. Of course, you could use it that way, but it will import all the content each time.

The idea is that you could use Stream to replace your current blog so that content would be easier to embed in your site (or elsewhere). Stream will become more and more powerful as we develop it, and your suggestions will help immensely. So I'll add this to the wishlist, and we'll see what happens.

When importing a feed maybe offer the option for 'no index'?

But who am I to say. I still can't get my facebook like button to work in firefox.

OK, I set up my S-Drive. I do have VSD but I opted to go with SCCP instead because I felt it was easier and a cart is what I wanted in the first place. So until you guys upgrade SCCP with S-Drive capabilities, I guess I can't add my site, right?

And since my site is more e-commerce that anything else, how would Streams benefit me?

Jeff noticed that if you look at http://digicave.org/feed/rss/ it is truncated there as well. I know they are working on tweaks to the system that pull data from known blog formats. For now we are just pulling straight from RSS feeds.

Shame on me for not looking there first. Sorry.
Let's not get all hurt.

You could create links for some of you featured products in s-drive, get the javascript, and add it to any blog that supports. Steven you just gave me some insane ideas. :)

When you make a post in s-drive, you can click the get embed code and copy and paste it onto any blog or site that supports javascript. You can create an ad for your products and take the javascript and paste it anywhere on the net(that will let you). There's some solutions on the net for this, but by doing it this way you can edit your ad on the fly.

Right now S-Drive is only integrated with Visual Site Designer. Just go to the "Publish" menu and enter in your CoffeeCup account information. After that, you then go back to the "Publish" menu and select your new publishing destination.

Over time, more of our programs will start supporting S-Drive.

I guess I better wait for you guys to integrate with SCCP, because this is all gobble de gook to me right now. Makes no sense and appears useless to me.
