Looking for help. My RSD logged me out and when I try to login to publish some changes it keeps telling me to check my credentials or change my password. I did so on my account through the website but when I try the new password it still isn't working. I have the email address typed perfectly so I can't figure out why I'm getting this message. My server is through GoDaddy if that makes a difference.

Hello Daria
I don't log into RSD I just open it as any other desk top ap. Are you able to open the RSD ap ?
If you are trying to log into the s drive I suggest you open a ticket for support. If I'm not interpreting what your problem is correctly can you give a bit more information.

Yes I'm able to open and use the application. My issue comes when I'm trying to publish my changes. It asks me to log into my CoffeeCup account so I can publish the changes but every time I try my password it tells me that it is wrong and to try and reset it on the website if I need to. I emailed support so hopefully they can help me but I've opened and closed the program a few times and I keep getting the same error message.

Are you trying to publish to s drive ,rather than exporting and then ftp to your site. If so I think you may have to wait for support to respond to your ticket.

Daria, you mention in your first post here that your server is GoDaddy. If that is so, you are NOT supposed to log into your CoffeeCup account, but into your domain at GoDaddy.

The publishing feature within RSD can be used if you want to upload to the S-drive. For that purpose you need to log into your CC account.
To upload to a different server you need some other FTP client. You can use e.g. FileZilla of CC's own FreeFTP.
