Hey guys,

So I've been gone awhile and allot has happened since. For one thing I am working on a completely new website and it looks like before too long ago software and hardware upgrades will be in order (I am currently at version 2.5). With the previous website I worked out I got allot of good tips on how to have the page conform to the screen at whatever length without any free space on the ends and to get the social media area centered at the bottom of the page to do likewise. However, when I compare what I remember to look for I don't see really any differences between the old project and the new one, so I know there is something I have missed out on that just isn't registering at the moment.

Here is the new website to get an idea of what I am referring too: http://rockymtnshillelagh.coffeecup.com

I have it exported so if any of you need to look at that let me know where to upload it to and it shall be done.

Also I pretty much have the basic design template for the website down already. With that said the next progressive step is to do graphics work involving photos some of which I intend to put in the background (in certain select areas; not just having one photo that covers everything). I was wondering how I might be able to go about this. I know some basic CSS principles behind this but I am nowhere near solid on its execution.

Thanks again,

- Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, as to your images, it depends how you want to present them, on a separate 'gallery' page or in among the other contents on the various pages. Tell us a bit more, then we might be able to come up with some ideas.

If you don't mind some advice: If I were you, I would use a larger font size for the text on the light background. It is now very hard to read on a phone. I think I would also make the content area a bit wider, and make more contrast between text and background on the top nav buttons.
Ha en riktig god dag!

I made some changes to the design. How do I center the social media container to the middle and all that other stuff? I’ll try uploading the site as a file

Do You mean the container to be centered? or the contents of the container

If it's the container maybe try setting the left/right margins to "Auto"
