I have studied your code, and it took me some time to find out why that right column disappears below the left panel.
Try this:
Make just one row. Split it into two columns, maybe 3 + 9.
And then proceed as I have written before, with subgrids to make up the horizontal divisions down the page.
Make sure you add the large image to the right hand column, not across the whole width.

Thanks Inger
Appreciate the extra input. I've not used sub grids before ( this is sub grid from the elements). I'm interested to know what the difference is here between just adding another column and adding the subgrid. On the face of it The subgrid just looks like a divided column but I'm sure there must be a reason for something different. It's very difficult to get a clear perspective on using RSD sometimes as there seems to be no manual!
Thanks Tim

A column is limited in the width (to whatever you set it to) and can expand in the height. If you need to section a column, especially vertically, you need something to hold your elements, and that is the subgrid.

As to 'no manual' for RSD: There are fractions of a manual spread around, and I too, would have liked if they were assembled into one document.

But there is and always has been. ;)

Hi Inger
Sorry to be a pain but I'm still not exactly sure about the subgrid thing. I have no background in coding so some of it is still a bit of a mystery.
Just for arguments sake, could you just not divide or add a column and then add a container. I'm still not clear what difference a subgrid would make. I made the container into the verticle column on the RSD file you looked at etc etc. Are you saying that subgrids have more fixed boundaries.
Ok is there an example of this that I could look at?
I know things like this can be difficult to describe verbally. Or if your like me 'a bit dim'!!
Thanks Tim

You don't really have to use subgrids, it will work without them too. But you cannot make any more rows down the page if you want it to resemble that Irish site.

Something to look at? Well, I banged together something, maybe you can study it and see if it can be of any use. I have to add, though, that I'm not a RSD expert. I'm still, for over 10 years, in love with the HTML Editor. ;) Maybe some of the other feel like picking my effort apart and 'reform' it to fit their own ideas.
