Does anyone know a source of in depth info on the above please.
I’ve looked on Foundation 6 but even there, info is limited. You need a certain level of knowledge to be able to elaborate on the examples they give.
I need a dummies version! Or maybe a sub dummies version : )

This can help a little.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric
Always appreciate your help.
I have seen several examples of this type with transitions and a few with attributes such as data-animate with value: slide-in-left......etc, but there is a whole other world of attributes that I feel unable to access. It’s very frustrating to have all these tools at your disposal and not being able to use them fully.
I tried a post before regarding the attribute data-animate, slide-in-left slide-out-left. I wanted the menu panel to fade-in and fade-out as well. As far as I can tell you can’t add 2 attributes with the same name and can’t add 2 values to one attribute.
With data-animate i tried something like ‘slide-fade-in-left.... etc and several other combinations using the 4 words but it stopped everything working.
What’s Annoying is I know people out there know this stuff. It feels like blood out of a stone.....

Come on you techno hoggers. Spill the beans : (
Thanks

I can well understand your feelings, Citrus. There is a number of things that need a more thorough explanation.

Here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/doc … n#Examples
you can see somw of the transition variables, I haven't tried them though.

Hi Inger.

Some of the transitions in the link you gave above are of the shrink type, somewhat like what you wanted at https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/websit … this-made/

I'm not sure whether you saw the example I made in that thread, showing that the basic tools of RSD alone can achieve this.

Interestingly some of the examples in the link you gave seem to have the 'first-load' problem which I managed to overcome in (d) and (e) of my explanatory post. They don't show because one has to scroll so far down to see them, by which time the 'first-load' issue has usually passed.

Thanks, Frank. I had seen what you did, but due to snow chaos - again - I haven't had time to react. I'm spending most of my time on the roof now, trying to get rid of about 70 cm deep snow before it becomes dangerous. We have had a lot of power outage too.
I appreciate your help very much. As soon as I get the time, I'll study the file and see if I can replicate it.
