I change all my program defaults to save on another hard drive but I can't find the preference to change it on RSD (my programs are on C but all my working files are saved on my internal E storage drive by resetting the default). What am I missing? Thanks!

CC uses a common settings file that's located in the
"C:\Users\Your User Name here\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\Common\SharedSettings.ccs"
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Perhaps it's different according to which CC programs one has: I seem to have a Website Color Schemer document there.

In my experience in Windows, however, a new RSD project file defaults to being saved on whatever drive I last saved an RSD project file. Similarly in my experience exported files from a new RSD project file default to being saved on whatever drive I last saved exported files from an RSD project.

If my experience is universally the case, defaulting to saving on drive E: would simply be a matter of consistently using drive E: for saving projects and exporting files from them.

Thanks Eric, I may have a problem because my drill down only goes as far as this - "C:\Users\Your User Name here\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software"
I don't have this folder - "Common\SharedSettings.ccs" (I have 9 other folders from 1- AppSounds to 9- TEMP but no Common!
Had to change the SHARE settings to drill down to AppData & Roaming folders. I've found 2 places where that "SharedSettings.ccs" file is located, 1 is in
“Program Files/CoffeeCup Software/Responsive Site Designer/library”
The other is in “C:\Users\Karen\AppData\Roaming” Is that a PROBLEM? I’m starting to panic just a bit!
And to appear totally lame, I still don’t understand how to get all my working RSD files to default to my E drive. I usually poke around in the program preferences until I find where the save pref can be changed. I’ve never had to move a file around and I don’t want to start playing with RSD’s innards!
