oooops there it is took a long time to load.

In your components bit there is a section called "background videos"

there are some there that give you something like that

the problem there is that either you host the videos with your hosting provider (which can take up and use a lot of bandwidth,, so unless you are on UNLIMITED bandwith, then there is a possibility of running out (which isn't good for visitors.
the other solution is to host the video with one of those third part mobs (costly sometime)

One of the background videos is called "embed anywhere,, if you load that to your project, you will see that the 3 formats for video that are required are hosted on-line somewhere,, if you have something somewhere that you can host the video formats that you want, then you can easily edit the path for the default videos to your path.

One of the others has a background video hosted with one of those third party mobs Vimeo or something like that,, if you get an account with them you can put the video you want with them,, and then point the link to your video

If that sounds like double dutch,, I can do a short demo for you just let me know

That would be great - although it sounds like the concept might be a bit before its time. Mine didn't take long to load at all and I was thinking that somebody had figured something out that I didn't know. Is there a way to have a static image there until the video starts? In the old newspaper days they called it a rate holder space!

HI Byron
If you are going to make and host your own custom video remember to use mobile mp4 codec this will help with mobile data
