Hi all,

Very new to RSD, using V4, and modifying the Tropic theme for use on my website. My site needed a duplicated page, which I did successfully and named successfully using 'Manage Project".

Now, however, I'm trying to add that page to the Navigation menu. Seems like a simple task, but been stumbling.

Any pointers on how to proceed would be much appreciated.

THANK YOU.

Hello
first of all you need add another link to your navigation menu (unless you already have, or have a spare one

select the link that you want to use to navigate to your new page
move on over to the tab "elements"
slide on down to the section "href" that is where you place the link, which would be like this (name-of-page.html)
if you want give your link a meaningful title to help screen reader & browsers

that's it done

Thank you.

That was enough of a clue to get me where I needed to get to.

In the nav bar I just needed to duplicate the link. Then I edited each link with the correct page names, viola.

Thank you.

I am having the same problem, I have created a website but selecting CoffeeCup theme *lady bugs* .rsd, there are only 3 pages are working.

Problem is I did not want the page name which was predesigned in the theme.

I wanted to change the page name.i did that. When after uploading the website, I am getting 404 page response.
And I also would like to add more pages in it, as website is being redesigned and many more static pages are existing.

So that would be done will be all duplicate pages.

I am looking for help. Kindly help me.

Thanks
With Regards

When changing the page name, you need to
1. create the page and give it a name.
2. Change/create the name in the menu. When creating, duplicate one of the working menu items.
3. Change/create the link so that it points to the new page Remember to write the 'pagename.html' as the link.
4. Repeat #3 for the vertical menu that appears for small screens.

BTW, Amit, I have noticed a bug in the theme you are using (Not the 'Lady bug' this time, but a real one, hehe).

I have corrected it, but it may take some time to get it uploaded, since Easter is before us, and The CC staff may take some time off.

But if you are working on it now, you can find the correcte file here:
