Eric, do you also receive the mails? I discovered the same thing, that there was a mismatch between the account I was using and the two fields From and Reply to, and that it only happens in Windows, not on a Mac. So I was trying to send mails back and forth between my various addresses, Gmail, Outlook and from my own domain which is at a Norwegian server. The two latter work in that I get the message about the mail being in cyber space, but nothing has arrived yet. Gmail still doesn't work.

Yes, I tested all three servers and sent email to all three servers email address and they all came in. Some took a few minutes.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric and Brian, and any others who have been able to make this work, please make sure the RED log file is enabled (Action - Preferences), then send some mails back and forth between your servers. After that please send the log file to CC support.

I also got mine to finally work.

I deleted all Accounts, then added one making it the Default and Saving Setup. Filled out the Subject/Preheader/From/Reply-to and clicked OK. Re-opened it and did a Send to ONE address. It went through then I tried a Test List and they also went through. Seems like the only thing different I did was fill out the information and click OK, which closes the screen, then re-open it instead of filling out the info and trying to just hit Send Email.

Which mail service are you using for that account? I did the same, deleted all and have now one gmail, one outlook and one independent one pertaining to my own domain (a Norwegian mail server.) Of the three only the Norwegian one is working fully. Outlook is working to some extent, depending on where I send my mails, and Gmail not at all.

I have tried setting up the 2 step authentication on Gmail, but I must have hit some wrong options, then it hasn't helped so far. I'm now working up to redoing that 2 step thingie and see if I can fix it.

Eventually I've got it working, thanks to Eric. I had turned this 2 step authentication on, but I also had to actually create an 'App password' to be used in RED instead of my own mail account password.

Your welcome. It also took me a few minutes to find the app password.

Brian, I don't quite understand. I have also added a separate email account, and it connects but does not send. In a previous post you said you had used the POP settings, but AFAIK POP is for incoming mail. I have used SMTP settings, for outgoing mail. Which server is it that stops the process, the outgoing mail server that we use, or the incoming server that the recipient uses?
When it comes to Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc, we don't have access to any settings, only our own user details.
What is it that you do differently from the rest of us?

I misspoke. I meant I used my SMTP settings for an account that is associated with hosting, not with Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
